RealSafe was founded in 2024 by Gerard de Brun and Karen Mulvey, combining their expertise in Health & Safety and business management. With a background in Health & Safety consulting and industry-leading compliance solutions, they saw a growing need for a streamlined, digital-first approach to site safety.
The idea for RealSafe emerged as construction companies faced increasing challenges in managing compliance efficiently.
